for a single person to stay in. In this, A person can stay with a kitchen, bathroom and toilet. We Also Have lift And Common Kitchen facilities. We have given these studio Room as a lifetime long Lease Which is (375 Sq.Ft.) Of 4.5 lakhs Other Wise The Rent of This studio Room Is Rs.4500/Month.
The maintanance for This studio Room is Rs.1000.
Electricity Bill Should Be Payed By You.
If you are vacating This studio Room, You Should Give a Notice Before
3 Months, In which We Will Refund Your Money.

Our home has some facilities that are not available in other homes.
You Can Stay in This Community Home, common kitchen facilities Are Available.You Can Take it And you can pay a monthly fee of Rs. 6000 per person.
If incase Your relatives Are coming, Then The Food
Per Day is Rs.200 Per Head.
First coffee is at 6:30 AM then tiffin Is at 8 AM, lunch at 12 PM, Tea At 4 PM And dinner at 7:30 PM.
Only for Brahmin'S common kitchen Services Will Be Provided,
